In a refurbished 1925 log barn, a whiskey is born.
The Single Track Spirits distillery is nestled between sagebrush-dotted sandstone ridges and a cottonwood-lined creek bottom on the western edge of the Bighorn Basin. An hour from Yellowstone National Park and minutes from some sweet, sweet single track, we think we have it pretty good.
Single Track Spirits Whiskey is distilled in small batches using a Vendome copper pot still. The distillate is then aged for 15 to 60+ months in 53-gallon charred oak barrels. The aging process takes place in converted loafing sheds, exposed to the extremes of the Wyoming seasons.
We Think Local
Single Track is devoted to promoting local and sustainable agriculture and business in the community—its signature wheat whiskey is crafted out of grains grown less than 30 miles away using water sourced from alpine snowmelt.
Single Track Wheat Whiskey is best enjoyed after a long ride, in the company of good food, good friends, and great views!
